Chaudry, Esq. is a regulatory attorney, regulatory strategist, and founder of Equity Wellness Co, where she advises beauty, wellness, and consumer product companies on FDA and FTC compliance, product safety, labeling and claims, and global market access. With more than a decade of experience in cosmetics regulation, consumer safety, and public policy, Marcha has worked extensively on issues related to cosmetics regulation, including advocacy surrounding the development and implementation of MoCRA, and has testified before Congress and engaged directly with the FDA. She works with emerging founders and established brands to protect their businesses, navigate regulatory risk, and build the compliance infrastructure needed to launch, enter retail, and scale.
