Exhibitor Information

We are looking forward to you joining our beauty weekend
  • Vendors are required to be at their table, the hours of the event.
  • Vendors will get stickers to use for the attendance book.
  • Vendors are required to have insurance.
  • Vendors that order printing work will pick up items at the printing table.
  • Vendors must give a prize give away no more than ($100.00).
  • Vendors get ten minutes on stage to talk about their company.
  • Vendors get a welcome package on Monday the week of event.

Vendor Registration Check List

The vendor's name on the form must be on your ID. Vendors must ONLY sell the items that is on their form. There are not two companies at one booth.   Please complete the form and have the following information:

  • Must be registered on SUNBIZ if not go on (www.sunbiz.org)
  • Complete W-9 Form (bring completed form with you on Saturday morning to convention center.)
  • Tax ID Number 
  • PRE-Packaged FOOD VENDORS ONLY.
  • Kids, Vendors form must be fill out by the adult that will be at the event.
  • NO Weapons
