His corporate career spanned both U.S. and international markets, including leadership roles managing business growth across Latin America and the Caribbean.

In 2019, Jodel transitioned from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship, founding Grapevine Insurance Group, based in Plantation, Florida. His agency focuses on life insurance, annuities, health insurance, and alternative retirement strategies designed to help individuals, families, and business owners protect their assets and build lasting legacies.

With insurance roots tracing back nearly 30 years—from Houston, Texas to South Florida—Jodel brings deep industry insight and a passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial security. He is a proud alumnus of Alabama State University, where he earned his B.A. in Business Management, and pursued graduate studies in Southern California.

Jodel’s mission today is driven by purpose and family, as he balances serving clients nationwide with being a devoted husband and father to two young sons.
