Rayshaun Thompson is the founder of Extra Credit Smart Licensing, an educational platform created to help beauty professionals better understand licensing, infection control, professionalism, and the business side of the beauty industry.
After being personally reported to the Board of Cosmetology early in her career, Rayshaun turned her real-life experience into a mission to help other beauty professionals move smarter, safer, and more confidently in the industry. She later developed a sanitation curriculum approved by the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology and has since helped thousands of beauty professionals access information surrounding specialty licensing and business growth.
